Important Information and Reminders

• BJ Events, Ion Arizona, The Monarch, our Staff and affiliated Sponsors welcome all to our events and encourages individuality. We promote a safe space to spend with friends and peers. Discrimination and hate come in many forms, none of which will be tolerated. We will, with love, remove anyone who violates this policy.
• BJ Events, Ion Arizona and The Monarch value safety and security and take measures to ensure it at our events. Our on-site security and event staff are focused on ensuring all Attendees feel safe and the venue is protected. All Attendees are subject to entry screening for weapons and any items which may pose a risk to other Attendees (All Bags are Subject to Search).
• This is a 21+ Event: Valid ID Required. All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) upon entry. Failure to provide proof of age will result in denied entry with no refund.
• Drugs can be dangerous. Please make smart choices and refrain from public consumption of illegal substances.
• Personal Belongings - We will provide a secured bag check service, free of charge to all Attendees.
• COVID-19 Notice: Attending this event involves inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. If you are concerned about this risk, please do not attend. We encourage vaccination and boosters, but ultimately, as an adult, it is your responsibility to assess your own risk tolerance. There is no mask mandate at this event.
• BJ Events, Ion Arizona, The Monarch and our Staff reserve the right to deny service and/or remove any Attendee at any time.
• Early Purchase (Tier 1) Pricing Ends at 11:59 PM on 05/11/2025.
• Advanced Purchase (Tier 2) Pricing Ends at 11:59 PM on 05/29/2025.
• Total sales of Early Purchase (Tier 1) and Advanced Purchase (Tier 2) may exceed capacity at one or more of the venues spaces.
• Early Purchase (Tier 1) and Advanced Purchase (Tier 2) Passholders, respectively, will have entry priority over attendees with a Single Event Ticket in the event of tickets being sold out or if any event space capacity is reached.
• Tickets can be purchased at the door, subject to availability and capacity.
• ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE
• Non-paid Tickets (Complimentary, Give-Away, Transfer, etc.) are not eligible for upgrades, promotions or additional benefits.
• Credit Cards will be accepted. Tabs will be opened and secured with valid payment cards.
